About Jeremy Valk

Jeremy Valk is a cinematographer, editor, and photographer based in Southwest Virginia, creating cinematic visuals for film, music videos, promotional work, and artist-driven projects.

His approach is selective by design. Jeremy does not treat creative work like a transaction or a conveyor belt. Every project begins with communication, trust, and an understanding of what the artist, client, or production is truly trying to say.

With a background in broadcast production, visual storytelling, live-action filming, and years of working closely with performers and production teams, Jeremy brings more than technical execution to a project. He works closely with the people in front of the camera, building the kind of creative chemistry that allows the final image to feel personal, intentional, and alive.

Jeremy has worked on film and music video productions connected to Big & Funky Productions, including projects featuring Grammy Award artist EmiSunshine and other regional and industry artists. His work is shaped by atmosphere, movement, character, and the belief that every client deserves more than a rushed edit or a one-size-fits-all result.
